Rental rates at Oriental Harbor Place

     These condominiums are available for rent on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis, year round. Rental rates include all bed linens, towels and cleaning services.
In Season (April 1 through November 30, week-end 2 night minimum)

  • 2 bedroom/2 bath: $275 per night, $1500 per week, $2000 per month
  • 2 bedroom/2 bath with fireplace: $290 per night, $1575 per week, $2150 per month
  • 3 bedroom/2 bath with fireplace: $325 per night, $1800 per week, $2500 per month
  • 3 bedroom/2 bath with fireplace and screened porch: $375 per night, $1875 per week, $2750 per month

Winter Season (December 1 through March 31)

  • 2 bedroom/2 bath: $250 per night, $1350 per week, $1800 per month
  • 2 bedroom/2 bath with fireplace:  $265 per night, $1400 per week, $2000 per month
  • 3 bedroom/2 bath with fireplace:  $300 per night, $1650 per week, $2250 per month

These rates are subject to 6.75% sales tax and a mandated 3% occupancy tax.

Creek House. The perfect family retreat.
This beautiful and roomy residence offers a unique secluded waterfront setting overlooking Green Creek and Neuse River. It’s a great place for families to get together, for the night, weekend, week, or longer!
The Creek House is fully furnished and offers:

  • Nightly: $240 + $90 cleaning fee (2 night minimum for weekends and 3 night minimum for holiday weekends)
  • Weekly: $1500 + $90 cleaning fee
  • Monthly: $2500 + $90 cleaning fee (summer months)
  • Monthly: $2250 + $90 cleaning fee (winter months)
