At the heart of
Oriental Harbor is our Marina with 110 deep-water boat slips, serving
both private and transient boat owners. It is a center for fishing charters,
a sailing school, and yacht sales. Boat repair service and dry dock
facilities are within walking distance.
You will find us
where the Neuse River and Green Creek empty into Pamlico Sound on the
Intracoastal Waterway, mile marker 182. The nearby federal channel makes
for easy maneuvering. From Oriental Harbor, a skipper can reach any number
of seaports, historic river ports and secluded anchorages. There is easy
access to the Chesapeake Bay to the north, and south to Florida and the
Caribbean. We are only 24 miles from Beaufort Inlet, an all-weather gateway
to the Atlantic Ocean and beyond.
Boat Slips For Sale
Our slips range
in length from 30 to 100 feet, and from 6 to 8 feet in depth. They are
constructed of concrete decking with wood trim.
Power, phone and
water services are available at each slip. Fuel is available nearby. Other
amenities include pump-out, showers and laundry facilities, and high speed
wireless internet service is available. A professional dockmaster and
staff will gladly arrange repair services for your boat. Next door, in
the Village Center, you'll find a General Store with "a little bit
of everything," a concierge who can help you with just about anything,
a deli with sandwiches and beverages 7 days a week, and the private Neuse River
Club for slip owners and guests.
Slips are individually
owned and deeded, and are governed by a slip owners' association. Monthly
dues are assessed to cover operational costs and to build a capital reserve
account. Slips may be customized to meet your boat's special needs. And
attractive financing can be arranged through BB&T or First Citizens
Bank.

Transient Services
Transient boaters
are welcomed at our Marina. All amenities and services, including new
bath, shower and laundry facilities, Harbor Club, bikes and concierge
services, are offered to our transient guests.
Our overnight rate
is $1.50 to $1.65 per boat foot per night, plus $5 for electricity.
A "Dock
& Dine" rate is also available to boaters wishing to tie up
for a few hours to take advantage of all that our Village Center and
the town of Oriental offer.

Monthly Rentals
A limited number
of boat slips are available for monthly rental. All of the amenities and
services detailed in the Boat Slips section above are offered to our rental
guests.
Rates are $275 for
a 30' slip, $325 for a 40' slip, $375 for a 50' slip and $450 for a
catamaran slip. Electricity is additional.
